Terms and Conditions

To perform one of our operas, you must have a purchased copy of the full score and you must pay a fee to perform the work whether you charge for tickets or not. We make no apologies for this, and your participation in supporting a living cache of composers is deeply appreciated.

Performance editions are available for instant download exclusively through this website. You will not find them anywhere else. You need only purchase one copy of the complete score and reprint it for your performers for local use. Please do not distribute this music beyond your own company or classroom.

Should you decide to perform one of our works for an audience, you will owe a performance fee that must be paid in advance of the concert date. There are no exceptions to this rule. We are happy to negotiate the performance fees, especially if you can document your affiliation with an educational institution. We routinely research a variety of media for performance announcements of our work. It is incumbent upon presenters to properly apply for performance rights in advance of any performances.

Here is a sample performance contract.

Ultimately, we really want you to perform this music and we will do what we can to make the process reasonable.

Thank you for your attention to this important information.
